INFOKU, BLORA – If you observe the concept of Cepu Raya, it has started to become a foothold in development planning meetings (Musrenbang). The development of resources and micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) is a suggestion from residents.
The Regent also asked for support from the central government to build Cepu Raya.
Head of Cepu sub-district Budiman revealed that the concept of Cepu Raya was being discussed during the sub-district musrenbang last Thursday (9/2).
There are two points that are the focus of deliberations with residents. Namely the development of resources and MSMEs in the Cepu region.
"We have accommodated residents' suggestions for the construction of Cepu Raya. There are two issues that we are developing to welcome Cepu Raya,''he said.
Budiman explained, the Cepu region has abundant resources, both natural and human. With the concept of Cepu Raya, this potential is trying to be developed again.
Based on Cepu as the center of economy and culture. Likewise with MSME products in Cepu.
"Being an economic center, MSMEs must certainly be developed," he explained.
Previously, in order to ask for support to realize the concept of Cepu Raya as an economic center, Blora Regent Arief Rohman visited the office of the Agency for Development of Human Resources for Energy and Mineral Resources (BPSDM ESDM).
"In Cepu there is PPSDM, PEM Akamigas. We ask for support for the development of Cepu,''he said.

He emphasized that the concept of Cepu Raya continues to be built. It is projected to become the economic center of eastern Central Java. In the future, it is necessary to organize the oil and gas sector, culture, crafts and some of it which is centered in Cepu.
"One of the supports is PPSDM BPSDM Migas. So later we can comprehensively develop Cepu," he said.
He also wants the oil and gas tourism in Cepu to be arranged. So it can be interesting to visit. Because some of these potentials will be of interest to residents outside the area, such as nodding wells and old wells.
"For some people who don't know, it will definitely be interesting. It's just what the concept will look like," he explained.
