INFOKU, BLORA – The causes of divorce in 2022 are economic factors including the influence of online gambling.

From the data on economic factors, most of the total 2,008 divorce cases were handled by the Blora Religious Court (PA) last year.
This amount was obtained from 1,391 contested divorces and 617 talak divorces.
And, 1,760 divorce cases were decided. This has increased compared to 2021 with only 1,859 divorce cases.
Young Registrar of PA Blora Fatkul Hadi said that economic problems are the main factor in the occurrence of divorce which is increasing from year to year.

According to him, this problem must be taken seriously in order to create conducive family conditions. ''A few factors of infidelity, also a little dispensation of marriage,''he explained.

Fatkul Hadi claimed that the divorce between ASN, TNI and Polri was declared null and void.
He said that the case was able to be resolved because his party encouraged all ASN or staff when filing for divorce they had to use a statement from their superiors.

“We never want to accept a lawsuit like that without a statement. It must be according to procedure,''he said.
Gunawan Hadi Purwanto, a legal academic, said that household disputes were triggered because the economy was not sufficient.
"According to article 19 of Government Regulation Number 9 of 1975 of the Marriage Law, point F explains that divorce can occur because husbands and wives are constantly having disputes and fights and there is no hope of living in harmony in the household again," he said.

Gunawan added that functional counselors in the sakinah family sector should be at the local Religious Affairs Office (KUA) to give maximum performance in order to be able to minimize divorce.
"The implementation cannot be maximized in the field, there are only a few officers. On average, 2-3 villages only have 1 non-PNS functional counselor in the sakinah family," he explained. ( Endah/IST )
