This made the Blora Housing, Settlement and Transportation Service (Dinrumkimhub) this year take over its management.
According to this year's plan, parking revenue is targeted to reach Rp 1 billion.
"There will be no auction like the previous year, it will be managed directly by the Dinrumkimhub," said the Blora Warno Dinrumkimhub Parking Unit (UPT) yesterday (29/12).
According to him, the policy was taken to increase local revenue from parking management.

This is because, after evaluation, the auction system with third parties has not been able to maximize revenue. They find it difficult to withdraw deposits.
Especially parking in the Cepu District area. ''For Blora it tends to be smooth, for those in Cepu it is still difficult (to deposit)," he explained.
From the data collected by Dinrumkimhub, in 2022 parking fees will reach IDR 570 million.
This year it is targeted to increase to Rp 590 million. He is optimistic that when managed by the direct service it can reach Rp. 1 billion.
Regarding the subscription parking system that is taken from vehicle tax deposits, according to him, it still takes time to be implemented in the regions.
Because several documents and permits must be pocketed. Like permission from the Governor of Central Java.
"Not yet implemented, although the income is estimated to be greater," he explained.

He revealed that there are more than 350 parking points that will be managed. All of that will use a parking attendant who previously guarded the parking location.
It is certain that the parking attendant will not violate the rules because each vehicle fee has regional regulations.

"There is no recruitment of new personnel, we will use the old parking attendants and we will provide socialization so as not to violate the rules," he said.
