INFOKU, BLORA – Regarding the effort to build a Smart City, there are plans to connect 130 villages with optical fiber to connect a network connection from one of the internet service providers.
Currently it has only been installed at 90 points, spread over 10 Districts to become cable installation points.
Head of the Information Technology (IT) Division of the Blora Communication and Informatics Service (Dinkominfo) Ahmad Hudil Khoiri explained that as many as 130 villages became fiber optic connection points this year.

"A network will be built so that people can subscribe to the internet network," he explained.

Hudil said that currently there are 90 points installed in 10 districts. However, the completion cannot be done this year, the 40 points are planned to be continued next year.
"About 40 villages are still progressing, it will likely be continued next year," he explained.
Previously, the Head of Dinkominfo Blora Pratikto Nugroho gave a presentation regarding the development of the Comand Center dashboard.
In addition, the number of internet networks in several villages will facilitate the connection of digital services developed by the district government with the concept of a smart city.
"The Smart City 2023 master plan is still being finalized," he said.
