INFOKU, BLORA – Not even serving 3 mounth as a Member of the Blora DPRD, Abdullah Aminudin has been named a suspect in a land grabbing case.
He was reported on suspicion of committing a criminal act of making or using authentic deeds in the form of buying and selling deeds and embezzlement and fraud.
Zaenul Arifin as Sri Budiyono's Attorney who was the reporter in this case revealed that the land case had gone up to the investigation process.
The politician from the National Awakening Party (PKB) was summoned by investigators today (5/12).
"The information is that the case has been investigated and soon the reported party will be summoned as a suspect by investigators," he told the press.
Zaenul Arifin said the status of the suspect had been since November 18.
According to him, at this time also confiscation of evidence. In addition to dragging PKB politicians, the police also assigned the status of a suspect to a notary who was processing the change of name from Sri Budiyono to Abdullah Aminudin.
"We hope that during the later examination, the reported party will be cooperative and provide information according to the facts that happened," hoped Zaenul Arifin.
He revealed that his client received a letter notifying the increase in the case with information on the investigation order number: SP.SIDIK/55.A/II/2022/DITRESKRIMUM.
"I hereby notify you of the case that you reported with the police report number: LP/B/599/XII/2021/SPKT/POLDA CENTRAL JAVA dated (07/12/2021) has been promoted to investigation," wrote the letter.
Based on the letter numbered: STTLP/237/XII/2021/JATENG/SPKT, Sri Budiyono, who is a civil servant, reported Abdullah Aminudin and Elizabeth Estiningsih regarding the alleged crime of making or using authentic deeds in the form of deed of sale and purchase and embezzlement and fraud on December 7, 2021 .
Zaenul further revealed that according to him the case was in accordance with Article 264 of the Criminal Code, Article 266 of the Criminal Code, Article 372 of the Criminal Code and Article 378 of the Criminal Code.
