Deputy Director of Fake Pertamina in Blora Charged with One Year and Eight Months


INFOKU, BLORA  – The fraud case committed by Kusairi alias Agus entered the stage of reading the charges yesterday (23/11).

The man who claimed to be the deputy director of Pertamina was sentenced to one year and eight months in prison.

This was conveyed by the Head of the Blora District Court Aslan Ainin when met by journalists.

He conveyed that trials at the Blora District Court are still being held online.

As previously reported, Kusairi was arrested by the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Cepu Police, Blora, while at a chicken noodle and meatball stall on the Cepu-Randublatung highway, Mulyorejo Village, Cepu, Blora.

Kusairi admitted that he had committed fraud several times. Apart from Cepu District, the suspect has also carried out similar actions in Grobogan Regency and in South Kalimantan.

"In Cepu, there was one victim on behalf of Siswanto who suffered a loss of Rp. 5 million," said Cepu Police Chief AKP Agus Budiana yesterday.

Kusairi's legal ruling is scheduled to be read out next Sunday.

Budiana explained that Kusairi came from Gresik Regency, East Java. While carrying out his axis, he lived in a boarding house in Sidorejo Village, Cepu.

Modus kusairi claims to be Pertamina's wadir. He then offered the victims jobs.

He promised to enter as a Pertamina employee. The victims were asked for Rp 2.5 million to Rp 8.5 million.

"The suspect admitted to being Agus with the position of deputy director of Pertamina," he said.

Furthermore, Budiana explained that the number of victims in Grobogan Regency was 47 people.

Meanwhile in South Kalimantan 10 people. The modus operandi used is the same, namely to lure residents to become Pertamina employees. To smooth the action, the perpetrator claimed to be a wadir.

The total loss of victims is estimated at Rp. 400 million.

His party admitted that they had secured evidence in the form of a white shirt with a nameplate written on Agus as deputy director. The nameplate reads Pertamina. As well as one motorcycle. (Endah/ IST )
