INFOKU, BLORA – The Director of RSUD Dr R. Soetijono Blora took swift action to impose sanctions on two civil servants in his agency, reprimanding the cashier and admin for negligence in administrative services.
Starting from the patient reporting that there was no administrative transparency for patients who paid in cash. Thus, it is suspected of committing illegal levies (pungli).
“Both of them made negligence in terms of administration. However, in imposing sanctions, the hospital still refers to existing regulations or stages," said Director of RSUD Dr R Soetijono Blora Puji Basuki.
Puji said that the sanctions imposed on the two civil servants with the initials K and I were only in the form of a written warning, because there were steps involved first.
"Both of them are in charge of the cashier and administration of data input at the local hospital," he explained.
After giving sanctions, ensure that they will evaluate and minimize the occurrence of errors that harm the patient.

Ask for community participation to participate in supervising services in their agencies.
"We need input from the community, of course so that in the future Dr R Soetijono Blora Hospital will provide more excellent service," he explained.
Previously, it was known that one of the families of Blora Hospital patients named Agus had revealed administrative irregularities.
