INFOKU, BLORA – Currently as many as 10 thousand doses of the Covid 19 vaccine have been received by the local government (Pemda).
In an average day, 1,000 doses of vaccine are distributed, the Health Service (Dinskes) ensures that vaccine stocks are safe for the future, because at the beginning of last October it was empty.
The Blora Health Office's Disease Prevention and Control Sector, Joko Budi Heri Santoso, explained that the district administration had received around 10,000 doses of vaccine. This amount is for accelerating vaccination in the regions. Because last October it was empty.
"About two weeks ago he arrived, so we immediately accelerated the vaccination," he said yesterday (13/11).
Heri explained, vaccine distribution is carried out in every health facility, in a day it is estimated that around 1,000 to 1,200 doses are distributed.

According to him, if the stock of 10,000 vaccines runs out, another 10,000 doses of vaccine can be sent immediately. "The health facilities are back to being active again serving vaccinations," he explained.
From his observations on the ground, currently the trend of Covid-19 is increasing in the regions, this is also happening in other regions down to the central level. According to him, affected by weather conditions is in the turn to the rainy season.
"All regions are the same, they are increasing," he said.
Previously, the Head of the Blora Health Office, Edi Widayat, guaranteed the availability of vaccines.
Had submitted it to the center but the stock ran out, of course it had an impact on accelerating vaccination in the regions.

"A few days ago we took 10,000 doses of the vaccine and it ran out, we just took another 10,000 doses. The point is enough for the availability of vaccines,''he explained.
Edi Widayat emphasized that to respond to the increase in Covid-19 cases, vaccinations must be boosted, especially for dose 3.
