Ngloram Airport Expanded, Target End of October Land Acquisition TKD completed


INFOKU, Cepu, BLORA  – Land acquisition for village treasury land (TKD) for the expansion of Ngloram Airport is targeted for completion by the end of October. The land to replace the TKD was exchanged for land owned by two villagers. Meanwhile, the price determination is still being calculated by the appraisal team.

Head of Ngloram Village, Diro Beni Susanto, admitted that he had been asked by residents regarding the clarity of the land acquisition settlement. The replacement land previously calculated with an area of ​​​​about 3,700 square meters, will be exchanged for land owned by two villagers.

Regarding the price, it follows the appraisal team's calculation policy. We just hope that the land acquisition will be carried out as soon as possible, because it has been asked by the Community and Village Empowerment Service (PMD) to immediately attach the file.

"I have also been  torn apart  by residents whose land was proposed as replacement land," he said

Head of the Office of the Airport Organizing Unit (UPBU) Dewandaru Ariadi Widiawan explained that the land acquisition for the airport expansion left TKD. It targets to be completed by the end of October. "This is still waiting for the appraisal team's calculation, when it is finished, it will be executed immediately," he explained.

The appraisal team descends on the field. By cooperating with a third party to calculate the price, so that land acquisition is more objective.
