INFOKU, BLORA – An unexpected incident during the trial for the alleged misappropriation of non-tax state revenue funds (PNBP), was postponed three times.
The causes range from incomplete files to PLN power outages.
So the trial that was supposed to take place yesterday (20/9) had to be postponed again to next week.
This case involved a married couple (couple) of members of the Blora Police Traffic Unit, namely Etana Fany Jatnika and Eka Mariyani.
“Today (yesterday) the trial was adjourned for another week. The information is that the decision is not ready yet,” said the Blora Karyono Public Prosecutor (JPU) team yesterday (20/9).
Karyono explained that the trial verdict had been postponed three times by the judges of the Semarang Corruption Crime District Court (Tipikor). He explained that the panel of judges reasoned that the decision was not ready until the trial was adjourned.

Public Relations of the Semarang Corruption Court, Kukuh Subiyakto, revealed that the trial was postponed due to a power outage. "The information is that there is a blackout, there is already information about a blackout from PLN," he explained.
When the electricity went out, his party admitted that they had tried to turn on the generator engine. However, about 15 minutes the generator was on, the radiator was damaged. So the trial court adjourned. "The radiator broke so the generator was turned off," he said.
It should be noted that the case of dragging the two Traffic Traffic Units began with the finding of a lack of deposits after closing the books at the end of the year.
The shortfall is around Rp. 3 billion. Meanwhile, the two defendants only returned Rp 1.4 billion to the state treasury. (Endah/ IST )
