INFOKU, BLORA -The Criminal Investigation Unit (Satreskrim) of the Blora Police of the Central Java Police managed to uncover five cases of theft in a period of 20 days.
This was conveyed by the Head of Blora Police AKBP Fahrurozi, during a press conference at the Pati Police Headquarters Hall, Monday (26/9/2022).
Present at the event were the former Pati Regional Police Chief, Head of Ops and Head of Criminal Investigation Unit.
Accompanied by the Head of Ops, Kompol Sudarno and Head of Criminal Investigation Unit AKP Supriyono and Head of Public Relations AKP Budi Yuwono.
The Police Chief said that during the Temple Brush Operation, the Blora Police succeeded in uncovering five cases of theft and securing 6 suspects and six motorbikes.
"We convey that during the Operation Brush Jaran Candi, the Blora Police succeeded in uncovering five cases and securing as many as six suspects," said the Blora Police Chief.
The modus operandi, continued the Police Chief, was that the perpetrators targeted a motorbike that was in a quiet place, then broke the lock.
The case revealed that the case was carried out during the 2022 Candi Jaran Brush Operation which was carried out from August 25 to September 13, 2022.
Furthermore, the Chief of Police explained, in revealing the case, 2 cases were targeted operations (TO) and 3 cases were non-TO cases.
The six suspects who were arrested were: S, (45) a resident of the Todanan sub-district, Blora Regency with a crime scene in the Cepu sub-district area.
Then S, (47) a resident of the Gunem sub-district, Rembang Regency with a crime scene in the Blora sub-district area. S, (40) a resident of Kedungadem sub-district, Bojonegoro Regency, East Java, with a crime scene in the Cepu sub-district area.
Next, B, (34) is a resident of the Semanding sub-district, Tuban Regency, East Java with a crime scene in the Cepu sub-district area.
Furthermore, R, (28) a resident of the Japah sub-district, Blora Regency with a crime scene in the Ngawen sub-district area.
M, (58) a resident of Jiken District, Blora Regency with a crime scene in the Jepon sub-district.
The police chief emphasized that the activities to uncover these criminal cases would continue, and not only be carried out during Operation Brush Jaran Candi.
The police chief advised the people to always be careful and vigilant in storing and guarding their valuables, one of which is a motorcycle.

To note, today, Monday, (26/9/2022) the Central Java Regional Police and their staff held a press conference revealing the case of the 2022 Brush Jaran Candi Operation and for the ranks of the former Pati Regional Police centered on the Pati Police Headquarters including the Blora Police.
