The defendants included the Head of the Begajing Village Head, Japah Subdistrict, Mohammad Kasno, along with Muhammad Romli as a village assistant.
Nginggil Village Head, Kradenan Darno District and Suprono as village operators. After being sentenced, they returned to their respective homes.

He added that if those involved in the law tried to appeal, then the files were sent to the Central Java High Court (PT). Later, PT Central Java will issue a decision on the results.
Previously, the public prosecutor guided the four defendants for 6 months, while the verdict was 5 months.
“But if you are at home (7 today, ed) you receive the verdict, yes, the status is Inkcraht (permanent legal force). So he was detained at the detention center, if the defendant appeals, I will appeal, “said the public prosecutor.
The defendants were proven to have fulfilled the element of falsifying a letter related to filling out village officials, thus violating Article 263 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1 of the Criminal Code, with a sentence of 5 months in prison and being detained.
