INFOKU, BLORA - Circulating a video with a duration of about 2 minutes 50 seconds showing a number of residents depositing Rp 20,000 in money to someone, who then recorded it.
The video also shows conversations between mothers who use Javanese language regarding the use of the money.
"Instead of a question mark, what is this used for?" asked one person in the video as seen on Monday (19/9/2022).
"This isn't just once or twice, right, you keep giving invitations back and forth, to be honest, if you get it, it's divided for the workers themselves, they also work," replied the middle-aged woman who received the deposit money.
After getting the answer, the mothers who asked the question did not mean to corner the middle-aged woman.
Instead, the middle-aged woman gave her response again.
"Is it taken Rp. 20,000 or not, is it sincere? Later if someone else asks, yes, Rp. 20,000 is cut at my place, it is used for other purposes, that's okay, tell me, not only here," he explained.

Based on the information gathered, the incident occurred in Sumberejo Village, Randublatung District, Blora Regency, Central Java.
It was alleged that the Rp 20,000 deposited was the proceeds from the circumcision of the disbursement of Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) for Fuel Oil (BBM) and the basic food program from local residents.

Regarding the video, the Head of the Department of Social Affairs, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (Dinsos P3A), Indah Purwaningsih said the middle-aged woman in the video is the wife of one of the village officials.
"The perpetrators are not from KPM elements (beneficiary families), but the wife of one of the sub-villages (hamlet heads) there," he said Monday (19/9/2022).
According to him, the collection was carried out at the house of the wife of the village apparatus and not at the search location.

"The money collection was not carried out at the location at the time of disbursement, but directly at the private house of the head of the village wife, which had gone viral yesterday, and the reason is for administration and sincerity," he explained.

Meanwhile, the Regent of Blora, Arief Rohman, in a statement to the press, confirmed the existence of unscrupulous wives of village officials in his area who circumcised the money for the disbursement of BLT BBM.
He said an investigation is currently underway. It has also requested that the discounted money be returned to the community.
