INFOKU, BLORA – Bengkok villages in the regions have not yet implemented a pure auction system and are still managed by village officials.
So that it cannot be included in the village original income (PADes).
The relevant agencies are still looking for references in other districts to determine the crooked land management scheme.
Public Relations of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) Association, Blora Helmi Hidayat, explained that the village is still an asset of the village head and apparatus, so it has not become a village asset.
This has the impact of not being able to contribute to PADes.
“Yesterday through Commission A DPRD with PMD (community and village empowerment office), we questioned the village's crookedness.
By regulation, the village crook must be auctioned off, as the village's original income, it cannot be managed by the village head or village officials," he explained yesterday (21/9).

Helmi explained, from the information gathered in each BPD, the village treasury land has not yet been auctioned.
Because there are no derivative regulations such as regent regulations (perbup) or regional regulations (perda) that regulate.
"There are no clear regulations. There are no regulations under it, yesterday we demanded clear regulations to be issued regarding the crooked problem,” he said.
In fact, according to Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, and Permendagri Number 110 of 2016, the crook should be included in the village's original income.
He gave an example of a study in Kendal Regency which has carried out village crooked auctions.
"The Perbup there has already been issued, so it is clear that the village assets have been withdrawn, not the village head and village assistants," he explained.
Meanwhile, the Head of Blora PMD Service, Yayuk Windrati, revealed that a solution is still being sought regarding the village crook.
Still looking for references other regencies have implemented village crook management.
“We are looking for other district references for reference. Bengkok village has not been auctioned, but for the village bondo, an auction system has been carried out," he explained. (Endah/ IST )
