INFOKU, BLORA -The Decree (SK) of the Regent of Blora regarding the Appointment of Candidates for Civil Servants (CPNS) Formation in 2021, was handed over directly to the Regent of Blora H. Arief Rohman, at the Pendopo of his official residence on Friday (1/4/2022).
The Regent, accompanied by the Deputy Regent of Blora Tri Yuli Setyowati, ST, MM, and the Regional Secretary of Blora, symbolically handed over the decree to the CPNS representatives.
The two representatives include Tri Andana Putra with the formation of a development program analyst and Prima Kusumastuti with the formation of a psychiatrist.
In front of the CPNS, Regent Arief Rohman conveyed his directions. His party also invited them to jointly build Blora.
"Of the 2406 applicants, who passed 61 people have been screened into choices, Panjenengan excels in human resources, please later to be able to contribute to helping the Blora Regency Government to jointly build Blora," he said.
Arief Rohman hopes that the joining of these CPNS can improve government performance in Blora Regency.
"This CPNS Panjenengan is expected to be able to increase the level of government performance that is more effective, efficient and accountable, the estuary of which will have a direct impact on the success of the vision and mission of the Blora Regency Government," he said.
He also advised that CPNS can be role models in the midst of society. By practicing the values as ASN.
"Implement good work discipline, in the work environment and in the community, make yourself a good role model, in the community and work environment," said the Regent.
"This is our shared spirit to be a good example and role model," he added.
He said the status as an ASN was closely tied to the applicable laws and regulations, so it was hoped that he would not commit deviant acts.
"I hope that your attitude and behavior will not deviate from the provisions and rules that have been set," he explained.
The existence of ASN is very important to support the implementation of the vision and mission of the Blora Regency Government.
"In order to support the vision and mission of the Blora Regency Government, we still have a lot to achieve, one of the tools that can contribute is from the ASN," he explained.
He also invited all levels of ASN to continue to innovate to make improvements and improve the quality of service to the community.
"Continue to innovate in providing services to the community because our essence as ASN is to serve the community," he said.
"You are expected to be an innovative and creative ASN and it is not society that judges your duties, but God Almighty who will hold you accountable," he said.
He conveyed that ASN must have awareness to provide the best service to the community, considering that they are paid by the state.
On the other hand, Tri Andana, one of the recipients of the CPNS Decree, said he was happy and grateful because one more step would be to become a Blora Regency civil servant.
