INFOKU, BLORA –As is known, two of the three defendants in the alleged illegal levies (extortion) case at Cepu Market, Blora Regency have the status of State Civil Apparatus (ASN).
The two are the former Head of Dindagkop and UKM of Blora Regency, Sarmidi and former Head of the Head of Markets of Dindagkop and UKM of Blora Regency named Warso.
Considering that the panel of judges had sentenced them to 1 year and 1.3 years in prison respectively.
The head of the Blora Regency BKD, Heru Eko Wiyono, responded to the judge's decision.
"We are waiting for a copy of the decision from the corruption court or an appeal again," he explained yesterday.

He said that both of them were caught in corruption cases, so that no matter how long the verdicts were, it would not affect them.
According to him, if the person concerned does not file an appeal, his party will accept his inkrah.
"The person concerned was sentenced to be dishonorably dismissed," he said.
He conveyed, his party is still waiting until inkrah.
"Both of them can not be subject to severe disciplinary penalties and dishonorably dismissed, unless declared acquitted of corruption charges," he explained.
The Public Prosecutor (JPU), Karyono said, the panel of judges had handed down the verdict.
Sarmidi was sentenced to 1 year in prison, Warso and Sofaat were each 1 year and 3 months and the three were also asked to pay a fine of IDR 50 million.
Meanwhile, Rp. 860 million was asked to be returned to the regional treasury.
On this decision, the public prosecutor and the defendant are still considering making an appeal. (Endah/ IST )
