One of them is that there is no longer a negative antigen or PCR test for travelers who have received a full dose of COVID-19 vaccination.
Luhut said the policy was mainly for domestic travelers using air, sea, or land transportation who had already carried out the second or complete dose of vaccination.
"This will be stipulated in a circular (SE) to be issued by the relevant ministries and institutions that will be published in the near future," said Coordinating Minister Luhut when delivering a ministerial press statement regarding the results of a limited meeting (Ratas) evaluating the implementation of restrictions on community activities (PPKM). ) which was broadcast on the Presidential Secretariat's YouTube channel, Monday (7/3/2022).

Luhut said all sports competition activities can accept spectators on condition that they have carried out booster vaccinations and use the PeduliLindung application, with each of the following capacities, Level 4: 25 percent, Level 3: 50 percent, Level 2: 75 percent and Level 1: 100 percent.
PPLN Without Quarantine
In addition to the new policy that we will implement, Luhut continued, the meeting also reported on Bali's readiness to implement a trial policy without quarantine.
In the Ratas, the President has also agreed to be able to carry out a trial without quarantine for foreign travelers (PPLN) since March 7, 2022 in the Province of Bali, but with the following requirements;
PPLN who come must show a paid hotel booking that has been paid for at least 4 days or show proof of domicile in Bali for Indonesian citizens. The incoming PPLN must have a complete/booster vaccination.
PPLN did the entry PCR-test and waited in the hotel room until the negative test result came out. After being negative, you can be free to do activities while still carrying out health protocols.
