Central Java Rock Climbing Championship Series 1, Four Blora Athletes Carve Out Achievements


INFOKU, BLORA -The Central Java Rock Climbing Circuit Series I, which will be held on March 12-13, 2022 in Blora Regency for speed climbing, has been completed.

Blora Regent H. Arief Rohman was present at the closing of the activity, as well as handed over medals and prizes to the athletes, Sunday (13/3/2022) afternoon, at the wall climbing arena of Kridosono Field, Blora.

His party said that the championship which was held in Blora Regency was running smoothly and successfully.

"On behalf of the Blora Regency Government, I would like to express my highest appreciation of appreciation to the Central Java FPTI, which Alhamdulillah has appointed Blora to be the host and later we will offer to host the Central Java Provincial Porprov," said the Regent.

He conveyed that the people of Blora were very enthusiastic about rock climbing. In addition, Blora is also known to have outstanding rock climbing athletes.

"To FPTI Kab. Blora, thank you for your hard work, Alhamdulillah, the implementation was successful. I also received a report last night that the audience was also busy, this indicates that the potential for rock climbing in Blora is extraordinary," he added.

It was proven, that four athlete representatives from Young Talent Blora, Blora Regency, managed to bring home a medal in the event.

Namely for the speed classic under 13 men's category, Afrizza Magie Alfarezel from Young Talent Blora with a gold medal.

And for the speed classic under 13 women's category, the contingent from Blora Regency managed to get the three medals, namely the bronze medal won by Elok Maiko Rena, the silver medal won by Prasya Vera Junia and the gold medal won by Fauziah azizah, where all three came from clubs in Blora Regency.

Arief Rohman is proud of Blora's potential, especially in rock climbing.

He hopes that in the future there will be more athletes from Blora who are able to perform well at the Central Java to national level.

Then, the Regent also expressed his appreciation to the participants from various regions in Central Java who had come to Blora.
