INFOKU, BLORA -PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) Operational Area (Daop) 4 Semarang has opened its voice regarding the alleged forced seizure of assets in the form of rice fields in Tempurejo Village, Blora District, Blora Regency.
Public Relations Manager of PT KAI Daop 4 Semarang, Krisbiyantoro explained the issue of the alleged takeover of the assets from a person named Muhartini.
According to him, for the past few years his party has never received rent for the rice fields cultivated by Muhartini.
"The area of land that has issued a contract invoice in the name of Didik or Bu Muhartini's son has never paid or made payments to PT KAI, even though the invoice or contract has been issued," said Krisbiyantoro in a press statement, Tuesday (29/3/2022).
Thus, the takeover of assets in the form of rice fields belonging to this state-owned company does not violate the applicable regulations.
"With the outstanding cases, we will straighten out that after the 5-year backlog from 2013 to 2018 was not paid off, of course PT KAI could take over with the correct procedure," he said.

Krisbiyantoro added that the alleged expropriation of assets by force was not appropriate for his party.
If it is deemed to have committed the act, his party already has strong enough evidence in the form of an official report on the handover of land from Didik to PT KAI.
"After the handover, of course, from PT KAI, it is only natural that anyone who wants the asset can make another contract," he explained.
Furthermore, the spokesman for the Daop 4 Semarang said that the rice fields worked on by Muhartini, the contract was written in the names of Didik Supriyanto and Eni. Both are children of Muhartini.
"The initial contract value on behalf of Mr. Didik was Rp 1,113,200 per term," he said.
According to him, assets in the form of rice fields that Muhartini is working on are about 120 m² in size.
For your information, a resident of Blora named Muhartini was confused because the rice fields he had been working on had been taken over by other people.
