INFOKU, BLORA -Blora Regent H. Arief Rohman inaugurated eight Heads of Regional Work Units (SKPD), Saturday (26/2/2022).
The inauguration and taking the oath of office is a special day because it coincides with one year of leading Blora with the Deputy Regent Tri Yuli Setyowati.
The inauguration was deliberately carried out by the Regent in an impromptu manner. Just two hours after the One Year Leadership anniversary.
The inauguration and taking the oath of office were held at 13.00 WIB at the Hall of the Blora Regent's Office House.
Although accompanied by heavy rain, the inauguration was led directly by Regent H. Arief Rohman, accompanied by Deputy Regent Tri Yuli Setyowati, and Sekda Komang Gede Irawadi. solemnly.
Those who acted as witnesses were the Assistant Secretary for Government and Welfare, Irfan Agustian Iswandaru and the Head of the Regional Personnel Agency, Heru Eko Wiyono.

The 8 officials who were sworn in are:
1. Pujo Catur Susanto, SE., MM., as Assistant for General Administration.
2. Yayuk Windrati, S.IP., as Head of the Community and Village Empowerment Service (PMD)
3. Drs. Pitoyo Trusingtyas Sarodjo as Head of the Department of Housing, Settlements and Transportation
4. Then Bondan Arsiyanti, SH., M.Sc., as Head of the Investment Service, One Stop Service (DPMPTSP)
5. Kiswoyo, SH., M.Sc., as Head of the Cooperative and SME Trade Office
6. Istadi Rusmanto, ST., MM., as Head of the Environmental Service.
7. Agus Puji Mulyono, S.Sos., M.Si, as the Head of the Kesbangppol
8. A Mahbub Djunaidi., S.Pd., M.Sc., as Head of the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda).
"Congratulations to the 8 officials who were inaugurated, accompanied by heavy rain, hopefully they will bring blessings and trust. We deliberately did it suddenly along with the momentum of our one year of leadership with the Deputy Regent," said the Regent.
"We want changes and better innovations in these 8 SKPDs. We have led Blora for one year, so I hope that you all understand how our style is with Mrs. Vice. We often just go to bed early in the morning to finish work. We are waiting for breakthroughs and innovations for new services," continued Arief Rohman.
The reason is according to the Regent, the hope of the community for a better Blora is very large.
So that each SKPD needs to innovate in carrying out the wheels of development and community service.
"For this reason, in the future we will carry out periodic evaluations of the performance of echelon 2 and 3. We will evaluate Echelon 2's performance once a year for evaluation, while Echelon 3 can be evaluated on a quarterly or six-monthly basis. Please Pak Sekda be able to compile the parameters of the assessment, “said the Regent.
In the near future, the Regent also said that he would conduct a road show to the SKPD which has the new Head of Service to directly monitor the pole's performance.

"All of you are chosen people, so you must be grateful by carrying out the mandate as well as possible. Khoirunnas anfauhum linnas, the best of humans are those who can benefit other humans," concluded the Regent.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Regional Personnel Agency, Heru Eko Wiyono, explained that the 8 officials appointed by the Regent today were echelon 2 candidates who had previously passed the Open and Competitive Selection for the Filling of Primary High Leadership Positions.

"The inauguration was not based on likes or dislikes, but based on the results of an assessment whose selection was carried out in collaboration with the National Police Headquarters SSDM some time ago," said Heru Eko Wiyono.
With this inauguration, all SKPD in Blora Regency already have a definitive Head of Service. It is hoped that all of them can move together to build Blora together.
"God willing, we are ready to succeed and support the work program of the Regent and Deputy Regent according to the vision and mission that is carried out. Thank you for the mandate given, hopefully in the future we can run it better," said Kiswoyo, as the new Head of the Department of Trade and Industry for SMEs Blora.
