INFOKU, BLORA -Kodim 0721/Blora held a Karya Bakti Mandiri (KBM) activity for FY 2022, namely the construction of a connecting road access between sub-districts, specifically the road connecting Tanggel village, Randublatung district to Wonosemi village, Banjarejo district.
This is realized because of the synergy of the TNI Kodim 0721/Blora and the Blora Regency Government in realizing the acceleration of development of underdeveloped and isolated areas through improving facilities and infrastructure which is one of the Blora Regency government's concerns.
The improvement of facilities and infrastructure in question is the construction of road access.
Commander of Kodim 0721/Blora, Lt. Col. Inf. Andy Soelistyo Kurniawan Putro, through Pasiter Kodim 0721/Blora, Cpl. Captain Sumanto when he was at the KBM location explained that the construction of this connecting road access was highly expected by the surrounding community and would be carried out in several stages.

"Residents hope that once this road is completed as their access, the first phase is currently through Karya Bakti Mandiri, the construction of the 1.8 km Makadam road. The second phase will be carried out through TMMD Sengkuyung at the end of 2022 and there are still a few kilometers to go by the end of 2022. This is being coordinated by the relevant stakeholders," said Captain Sumanto, Saturday (26/2/2022).

The activity received appreciation from Bibi Hastuti, a Member of the DPRD of Blora Regency who is also a resident of Tanggel village when she reviewed the KBM activities of Kodim 0721/Blora.
Bibi Hastuti said that the construction of this road access is very important because it will have an impact on the economic productivity of the community.
"Of course, this is to reduce inequality, and increase people's economic productivity," he said.

Bibi said that the construction of this road is very strategic, besides being an alternative or approach, it is also to make it easier for residents to go to plantation locations or other economic centers.
Moreover, there is one hamlet that is very isolated, namely the Banyurip hamlet, Banjarejo Village, whose road is the only land access that is used for activities, whether for school children or going to socio-economic centers.
"The existence of this KBM is very useful and beneficial for disadvantaged and isolated areas, especially to improve the welfare of the community and accelerate the development of underdeveloped areas," he said.
The DPRD member from Commission C also emphasized that he would continue to work and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to build a connecting road between Randublatung and Banjarejo sub-districts.
He also promised to continue to be a top priority because there are several stages to complete the construction of the road.
