Head of Police & Regent of Blusukan Cooking Oil Warehouse

 


INFOKU, BLORA – In the near future, the Blora Regency Government together with the Blora Resort Police (Polres) will hold a cooking oil bazaar at a number of points to encourage the achievement of stable cooking oil prices in Blora Regency.

This was disclosed by the Regent of Blora H. Arief Rohman, while reviewing the availability of cooking oil in a warehouse located in Jepon District, Blora Regency, Wednesday (9/2/2022).

In the review, the Regent together with the Blora Police Chief AKBP Aan Hardiansyah, and the Acting Head of the Blora Cooperatives and SMEs Trade Service, Luluk Kusuma Agung Ariadi.

The Regent and the Chief of Police, accompanied by Purwanto who is one of the warehouse managers, checked the cartons containing the cooking oil.

The Blora Police Chief said that the warehouse owner previously told the police that the supply of cooking oil had arrived at the warehouse on Tuesday (8/2/2022).

He conveyed that the plan was to distribute the oil according to the distribution plan, namely to agents in the markets, but because it was feared that there would be an increase in prices, the warehouse party contacted the Resort Police to do it simultaneously at a standard price.

He continued, the warehouse owner also revealed that his party was ready to support the stabilization of cooking oil prices in the market.

"Earlier, the owner of the warehouse conveyed to the police related to yesterday afternoon that 1600 cartons of cooking oil came, or one carton has 12 liters, the results of the inspection are true," said the Chief of Police.

"The distributor said that if it could be helped, sir, we are ready to help the local government and the police in the context of stabilizing cooking oil on the market," he added.

The Regent of Blora welcomed the initiative and support from the warehouse owner in realizing price stability and the supply of cooking oil in Blora.

Then the plan will be a bazaar to stabilize prices.

"This is very good, the initiative from the warehouse was to contact the Chief of Police and the Chief of Police contacted me, we asked the Department of Trade to directly accompany us so that later we will hold a bazaar with the Police at some point," he added.

The Regent said that the existing warehouse owners should be cooperative and jointly create a stable cooking oil price.

Meanwhile, Purwanto, revealed that the cooking oil was sent from the factory.

"We get it directly from the factory, for this month we only got it once, yesterday afternoon, if usually it can be twice a month," he said.

He said, for the delivery of one container can be around 20 thousand liters. Then for the stock in the warehouse with a total of about 1600 cardboard boxes of cooking oil.

After the review, the Regent will then follow up by immediately holding a coordination meeting with the sub-district heads and related agencies.(Endah/KOM)
