INFOKU, BLORA -Following up on reports from the public regarding the use of Brong exhausts that are troubling residents, the Central Java Police Blora Police through the Traffic Unit held a socialization about the prohibition of using Brong exhaust to exhaust repair shop owners and several shops selling exhaust, Friday (1/14/2022).
Blora Police Chief AKBP Aan Hardiansyah through Head of Traffic AKP Edi Sukamto said that the basis for socializing the ban on the use of Brong exhaust was the Traffic and Road Transport Law.
The reference is from Law no. 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation.
The goal is that the public, especially in Blora Regency, can obey traffic rules, especially motorbikes according to specifications or standards," said Head of Traffic AKP Edi Sukamto.
This Police officer with an educational background in Brimob emphasized that based on public reports about the use of the Brong exhaust which is disturbing and disturbing the comfort of the residents, for this reason, his party prohibits the use of the Brong exhaust.
On this occasion, he conveyed an appeal to the exhaust business actors not to sell or buy Brong exhaust so as not to trigger public unrest.
"Because the use of the Brong exhaust is troubling other people because of its loud sound and not according to the manufacturer's standards. The addition of non-standard accessories can be dangerous, "explained the Head of Traffic.
With the socialization of the ban on the use of Brong exhaust, it is hoped that shops, workshops, and the automotive community will be aware of the public unrest that has been so disturbed.
