INFOKU,BLORA –Finally, BloraDistrict Governmentreactedto a demonstration demanding the cancellation of the results of the village apparatus selection test (perades).
To reduce the turmoil that occurred in the community regarding this matter, the Regent of Blora Arief Rohman held an internal meeting with all levels of Forkopimda (Kapolres, Dandim, Head of the Prosecutor's Office, and Chair of the DPRD) to respond to community demands.
"We and Forkopimda know about and participate in demonstration activities coordinated by the NGO 'State Finance Monitor', Pak Sukisman, Mas Seno Margo Utomo, as a form of appreciation for freedom of opinion and of course also respecting the principle of balance between rights and obligations as well as the principle of presumption of innocence. ," said Arief based on his written statement, Friday (1/28/2022).
Village Head Authority
Arief explained that the filling, appointment, and inauguration of village officials are purely the authority of the village head as confirmed by Article 49 paragraph 2 of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages.
Meanwhile, in the context of filling in, of course, it is done through screening and selection or selection of Village apparatus candidates.
According to him, the role of the Regional
Government or Regency Government in the implementation of the selection and
village apparatus has been regulated in Regional Regulation (Perda) Number 6 of
2016 concerning Village Apparatuses as amended several times, most recently by
Regional Regulation Number 22 of 2018 as a function of fostering and monitoring
the process of filling out village apparatus.
"So when there is a dispute over the selection results, the settlement is carried out in a hierarchical tiered starting from the village level, the sub-district supervisory team and the district supervisory team and can lead to the court," he explained .
"Therefore, if there are allegations of violations of village apparatus selection, I invite them to report them through the procedures provided," he added.

As stated, in the case of the
implementation of filling in village officials that has been running until the
issuance of village decrees and assistance, then community members who feel
aggrieved, can take a legal approach through a lawsuit to the village government
concerned as regulated in Law Number 30 of 2014 .
"If you feel that you have been harmed, please report it to the Law Enforcement Apparatus (APH) or the Police or the Prosecutor's Office. When there are allegations of selling and buying positions, falsifying diploma documents, falsifying service documents and conditioning the CAT test, of course it is no longer the domain of the Regional Government (Pemkab) to handle it because it has become the realm of criminal law, the authority of the APH," he explained.
