INFOKU, BLORA – The Blora District Attorney's Office (Kejari) has formed a clarification team regarding the implementation of the Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG) program.
This step is a follow-up to the instructions of the Central Java High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati).
Head of the Intelligence Section of the Blora District Attorney's Office, Hendi Budi Ferdianto, said the team had conducted a search in the field.
The results of the initial clarification have been reported to the Central Java High Prosecutor's Office.
"We have reported the preliminary results of the investigation to the Central Java High Prosecutor's Office," he said.
Hendi explained that based on temporary data, there are around 90 SPPG kitchen units in Blora Regency.
However, the results of the comprehensive clarification are still awaiting further direction from the leadership.
"According to the (Sprin) warrant, the clarification process is scheduled to last for seven days," he said.
Meanwhile, the Regional Coordinator (Korwil) of SPPG Blora, Artika Diannita, confirmed to the press that there had been a visit from the Blora District Attorney's Office.
According to him, the activity was more of a coordination and data verification activity related to the development of SPPG implementation in Blora Regency.
Artika explained that the clarification carried out by the District Attorney's Office focused on recording the development of SPPG, starting from units that were operational, ready to operate, to those still in the construction or preparation stages.
He emphasized that clarification was only carried out at the SPPG Regional Coordinator level.
Until now, his party has not received any reports of direct inspections of each SPPG kitchen.
"Until now, there have been no reports from the head of SPPG or the sub-district coordinator regarding visits to each kitchen," he said.
According to Artika, the coordination aims to ensure that the program is implemented according to regulations while preventing potential problems in the field.
Based on data from the Blora SPPG Regional Coordinator, currently there are 94 SPPG units in operation.
In addition, nine units are still waiting for disbursement of funds to start operations, while the other 43 units are still in the preparation stage.
Regarding the determination of the location and operation of SPPG, Artika emphasized that the entire process is carried out through the system so that the Regional Coordinator does not have the authority to determine the location or operating units.
