The Regent Inaugurates 191 Officials, Reports Any Findings of Position Buying and Selling

INFOKU, BLORA -Blora Regent Arief Rohman, inaugurated and took the oath/pledge of office of 191 administrators, supervisors, and functional officials within the Blora Regency Government at the Pendopo of the Regent's Official Residence, Wednesday (13/5/2026). 

The inauguration is part of the Blora Regency Government's efforts to strengthen governance, increase institutional capacity, and accelerate improvements in the quality of public services to the community.

Of the total officials inaugurated, 22 people were echelon III officials at the level of department secretary and sub-district head, then 48 people were echelon III officials at the level of department head and sub-district secretary.

The remainder are echelon IV officials and functional officials in a number of regional apparatus organizations.

In his remarks, Regent Arief Rohman said that transfers, promotions, and job rotations are normal in government bureaucracy as part of the career development of state civil servants as well as organizational refreshment.

"Today's inauguration is part of the organization's efforts to increase institutional capacity, strengthen governance, and improve the quality of public services to the community," said the Regent.

The Regent emphasized that the positions held by officials are not merely symbols of position, but rather a mandate that must be carried out with full integrity, dedication, loyalty, and responsibility.

"I hope the officials inaugurated today can quickly adapt to their new work environment and duties, understand their main duties and functions, build harmonious communication, improve coordination between regional government agencies, and create a productive and collaborative work culture," he continued.

The Regent also reminded all ASN to be able to work quickly, precisely, adaptively, and responsively to the needs of the community and to continue to present innovations in the implementation of government duties and public services.

In addition, the Regent emphasized the Blora Regency Government's commitment to realizing good and clean governance and strengthening bureaucratic reform in all sectors.

"I urge all officials to uphold discipline, professionalism, and bureaucratic ethics in carrying out their duties, and to avoid any form of abuse of authority that could harm the public or damage public trust in the government," he stressed.

On this occasion, the Regent also ensured that the entire process of filling positions was carried out professionally in accordance with applicable regulations.
