"Gen Z is no longer the future generation, but the present generation. They are digital innovators, drivers of  the creative economy , and agents of change," he said.

According to him, Gen Z has enormous potential, ranging from developing digital content, promoting  tourism  through social media, to building  technology- based businesses .

If maximized, they could become a new driver of  economic growth  in Blora. Not only Gen Z, but women are also considered to have a strategic contribution.

"When women are empowered, families are strong. When families are strong, regions progress," she continued.

The Blora Regency Government also focuses on vulnerable groups, including the disabled, the elderly, and marginalized communities. They are encouraged to become part of the development ecosystem, not simply recipients of policies.

"The role of Gen Z as content creators, women as MSMEs  , and vulnerable groups as part of the productive ecosystem is crucial.  Tourism  must thrive, and its benefits must be felt by all," he added.
