The Mass Certificate Registration Program Has Not Yet Reached Eleven Regions in Blora

INFOKU, BLORA –The mass certificate registration program or what is now known as Complete Systematic Land Registration ( PTSL ) in Blora Regency has not yet fully reached all areas. 

It was noted that there are still eleven villages/sub-districts that have not been touched by the free land certification program.

Head of the Administrative Sub-Section  of the Blora Regency Land Office  , Elvyn Bina Eka Kusuma, confirmed this.

The eleven villages/sub-districts include Bangkle, Karangjati, and Tempelan in Blora District, and Balun and Cepu in Cepu District.

In addition, Ngrampitan Village, Japah District; Karanganyar Village, Bogorejo District; Jepon Village and Waru Village, Jepon District; Nginggil Village, Kradenan District; and Kedungringin Village, Tunjungan District.

"This year, we are targeting 3,234 plots of land to be certified through PTSL," he said.

In addition to certification,  the National Land Agency (BPN)  also conducted land measurements covering 18 thousand hectares in 16 sub-districts and 157 villages.

He predicted that the PTSL program would only last until 2027. Therefore, the public was asked to take advantage of this opportunity.

"PTSL provides legal certainty and minimizes land disputes," he said.

PTSL participants are not charged a measurement fee. In fact, the Land and Building Permit (BPHTB) fee is also zero, as instructed by the regent. Residents only need to provide  a stamp duty  and   land boundary markers .

"Land certification has a direct impact on increasing  economic value . Previously low land values ​​can increase significantly after certification," he concluded.  (Endah/ IST )
