INFOKU, BLORA – Let's not look at the efficiency of the Blora Regency Government budget first.
It has been proven that job training at the Blora Department of Industry and Manpower (Dinperinnaker) Job Training Center ( BLK ) has been affected by budget efficiency.
This year, there is no allocation from the regional budget for the free job skills improvement program for the community.
Therefore, currently BLK only relies on assistance from the APBN and tobacco excise revenue sharing funds ( DBHCHT ).

Head of the Blora Manpower and Transmigration Agency, Endro Budi Darmawan, confirmed to the press that this year's figure had decreased compared to the previous year due to the effects of efficiency.
"In 2025 (last year, ed.) BLK still had 25 training stages , currently there are only 10 training stages," explained Endro.
Furthermore, he explained, this year the 10 stages of training were only funded by the APBN and DBHCHT.
Meanwhile, this year, the same six types of training are still being offered, including culinary arts, make-up, sewing, motorbike servicing, graphic design, and welding.
"For the financial facilities, of course, there is a slight reduction, but the uniform is still available," he added.
According to him, the most important thing is that all the facilities remain the same.
In addition, participants are registered with BPJS Employment to ensure safety during training.
Later, training participants will also receive two certificates from the Blora Manpower Office and the national certification body.
After graduating, he continued, participants will take a competency test and be tested by the center.

It is hoped that all participants will be competent and can quickly find work because they receive a national certificate.
