INFOKU, BLORA -Not content with a Ramadan safari greeting the community by breaking the fast together and traveling around Tarawih, in order to get close to the community and absorb their aspirations, the Regent of Blora, Arief Rohman, participated in sahur together with local residents which was held early in the morning in the middle of the road.
As was carried out on Friday, February 20, 2026, at approximately 03:30 WIB on the Semampir - Kemiri - Genjahan road which had just been completed by the Blora Regency Government.
As well as a thanksgiving ceremony in front of the Al Anshor Mosque in Kemiri Village, Jepon District.
The Regent arrived wearing white clothes and a sarong, greeted by residents who had been waiting sitting cross-legged on mats.
The sahur meal menu has been served in the form of warm rice, crushed eggplant sambal in a mortar, fried omelette and crackers.
Not long after, everyone mingled and enjoyed the sahur meal that was available.
Young and old, teenagers and mothers all appeared to be working together harmoniously with the ulama and umaro in a family atmosphere.
"Alhamdulillah, thank you to the residents of Kemiri Village for organizing a communal sahur meal. This is my first time eating sahur together in the middle of the street. The menu is especially appealing with grilled eggplant sambal, a favorite from my days at the Islamic boarding school. It reminds me of my time at the Islamic boarding school. We ate like this together, all on banana leaves. It was delicious, especially after the prayer from Kyai Minardi," said the Regent.

He hopes that the harmony and togetherness of the residents of Kemiri Village can continue to be improved.
According to him, if the residents of a village are harmonious and united, village development will also run smoothly.
"Well, this is also a thanksgiving for the completion of the road from Semampir Kemiri to Genjahan. Hopefully, the construction will benefit the smooth running of the community's economic activities. The road is smooth and the road is very smooth," the Regent continued.
In front of the local residents, the Regent asked for prayers from the community so that in the future he could continue development even better.

After eating sahur together, it was continued with congregational dawn prayers and dawn lectures at the Al Anshor Kemiri Mosque, led by Kyai Minardi.
And closed with the handover of assistance from the Blora Regency Baznas to orphans in Kemiri Village.
The cash and basic food aid came from the zakat of Blora Regency civil servants (ASN), and was symbolically handed over by the Regent. (Endah)
