The defendant, who is the Head of the  PKU Muhammadiyah Blora Hospital Development Project  , was found guilty of violating Article 359 of the Criminal Code.

The verdict is in line with the demands  of the Blora District Attorney , because of  the restorative justice  (RJ) that has been carried out by the  Blora District Court .

The Head of the Intelligence Section (Kasi) at the Blora District Attorney's Office, Jatmiko, stated that preparations are currently underway for executing the district court's decision. This preparation includes calculating the prison term the convict has already served.

Namely, from the Blora Police detention center   at the investigation stage, house arrest at the prosecution stage and the district court trial stage.

"The Public Prosecutor (JPU) will calculate the detention period, acting as the executor, in coordination with the District Court and the Detention Center. We (the District Attorney's Office) will then execute the sentence," said Jatmiko.

Furthermore, the Head of Intelligence at the Blora District Attorney's Office admitted that the defendant had been detained at the Blora Police detention center for 7 days after being named a suspect.

The convict was then placed under house arrest or suspended detention by the Blora Police Department due to illness. From the time of the suspension at the Blora Police Department until the trial in court, Sugiyanto was under house arrest.

According to him, the total house arrest that the convict has served will later be added up, then subtracted from the judge's decision.

"After the calculation, we will determine whether the convict still has remaining detention time to serve in the detention center or not," explained Jatmiko.

Furthermore, Jatmiko revealed that Sugiyanto was placed under house arrest for 20 days at the Blora District Attorney's Office, before the case was handed over to the court.

Then, the court gave him house arrest for 30 days and extended it until the verdict.

"The main reason (for house arrest by the District Attorney's Office) was his health during the second stage. Sugiyanto was also under medical supervision. During the trial, he was also given 30 days of house arrest, which was extended once," he explained.
