INFOKU, BLORA -The annual performance evaluation of Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) of Blora Regency, phase II of the 2024 formation with a five-year contract period will be carried out by Blora Regent Arief Rohman.
This was revealed by the Regent while leading the process of signing the work agreement and taking the oath/promise of functional positions for 1,535 PPPK Blora Regency phase II formation in 2024, Friday (17/10/2025) at the Blora Regency Square.

"On behalf of myself and the Blora Regency Government, I congratulate the 1,535 people who have passed the selection process for the second phase of the 2024 PPPK recruitment process. They have just signed their employment agreements and received the PPPK appointment decision for the 2024 Blora Regency Government PPPK recruitment process. The contract is five years, although some in other regions may have contracts for less than five years, but they must be prepared to be evaluated annually to ensure their performance remains good," said the Regent.
In detail, the 1,535 PPPK ASN consist of 266 teachers, 55 healthcare workers, and 1,214 technical staff. The oath-taking ceremony for seven civil servants was also held on the same occasion.
Present on the occasion were the Deputy Regent of Blora Hj. Sri Setyorini, the Regional Secretary of Blora Regency, the Assistant Regional Secretary of Blora, the Heads of Blora Regency Government OPDs, and the Sub-district Heads throughout Blora Regency.
The Regent revealed that with the appointment of PPPK, it is hoped that it will be able to support the performance of the Bora Regency government.
It is hoped that these ASN can provide the best service to the community.
One of the PPPK who was recently inaugurated is Pangat from Jepon, who is currently 57 years and 9 months old.
Even though his retirement is only 3 months away, he is very grateful because he was finally appointed as a civil servant.
"I'm very grateful and happy, thank God," he said.
Then Muhammad Ali from Cepu also felt happy because he finally became a civil servant after 20 years of service.
"I have served as a school guard for more than twenty years at the elementary school, wow, this is my first time," he said.
Regent Arief revealed that the signing of the performance agreement and taking of the oath of office was deliberately chosen for October 17, 2025.
According to him, the moment coincided with the birthday of Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto.
"So, we chose this day intentionally. We inaugurated on the 17th, because it coincides with President Prabowo's 74th birthday. Of course, the people of Blora Regency wish the President a happy birthday. May he be blessed with good health, long life, blessings, and success in leading our beloved Republic of Indonesia on this 74th birthday," said the Regent. (Endah)
