INFOKU, BLORA –of Blora, Sri Setyorini, that any free nutritious food (MBG) in Blora that does not meet the competency will be closed.
This is to prevent any polemics arising from the program and to prioritize quality.
The Head of the Task Force for the Acceleration of the Implementation of the MBG Program asked all MBG partners to immediately process the Certificate of Hygiene Sanitation ( SLHS ).
"Everyone must have one. The SLHS must be completed immediately. This is one of the requirements to meet the standards," he emphasized.
Furthermore, the Deputy Regent emphasized that he would not hesitate to close down MBG or SPPG kitchens that were not SLHS certified.
"If the SPPG determination decree is not issued within one week, we regretfully have to temporarily stop operations," he stressed.
He reminded partners to pay attention to the quality of food ingredients , processing methods, and the use of clean water.
"In addition, drainage channels are also requested to be well maintained so as not to pollute the surrounding environment," he added.

Meanwhile, Edi Widayat, Head of the Blora Health Office (Dinkes) and Secretary of the MBG Task Force, stated that his office would immediately conduct unannounced inspections, including environmental health inspections (IKL).
"We will immediately register SPPGs who have not yet received food safety training, do not have a SLHS, or have not yet undergone laboratory testing," he said.

He also stated that as a precautionary measure against extraordinary events (KLB), his team has prepared several measures. "One of them is conducting monthly IKL (Inspection of the Fuel and Gas Station) for the first six months of SPPG operations," he said.
Meanwhile, the Chief of Staff of the 0721/Blora Military District Command, Major Inf Bani, said that his party invited all parties to uphold the mandate of this government program.
"We must be an example for other regions. Let's work together to ensure the program runs smoothly and truly benefits the community," he urged.
He hopes that all MBG partners will be more disciplined in maintaining food quality and safety standards.
