INFOKU, BLORA -Currently, the issue of the Free Nutritious Meal Menu (MBG) is always in the public spotlight, including in Blora Regency.
In press monitoring , some time ago there were complaints regarding the lack of quality of the MBG menu in Blora.
The Task Force also emphasized the prohibition on reducing the budget by IDR 10 thousand for a portion of MBG.
The Head of the Blora MBG Task Force, Sri Setyorini, emphasized that the budget for the MBG program must be used according to its intended use.
"Operational and rental costs are allocated separately. So there's no need for anything else," he explained.
Deputy Regent Rini also explained that the food budget that will be received by beneficiaries must be exactly IDR 10 thousand, which is in accordance with central regulations.
"So, the Rp 10,000 budget per beneficiary must be used in full, for purchasing food supplies, without any deductions for other needs," he said.
Previously, the Blora SPPG Coordinator, Artika Diannita, said that the menu served to beneficiaries must be varied, in accordance with applicable regulations.

"Meanwhile, the rule is that the menu is scheduled as 20+2 to prevent beneficiaries from getting bored," he said. "It shouldn't always be the same, as that would bore the beneficiaries," he added.
Meanwhile, Nutritionist SPPG Karangjati 1, Nur Intan explained that nutritionists play a role in serving healthy and safe food.
"Nutritionists work from planning, including developing menu standards, portion sizes, and menu patterns. They also oversee quality control of raw materials," he added.
In the portioning process, according to him, nutritionists will prepare golden samples, namely examples of food portions that have been adjusted to nutritional standards.

In this sample, the nutritionist determines the correct measurements, such as the number of grams of rice, vegetables, side dishes such as chicken, and the number of pieces of fruit.
"These sample portions are then shared with the portioning team as a guide for dividing food evenly and according to the children's nutritional needs," he said. (Endah/ IST )
