The Police Chief Encourages Blora Residents to Activate the Neighborhood Security Post

INFOKU, BLORA - Blora Police Chief AKBP Wawan Andi Susanto, invited all levels of society to reactivate neighborhood security posts (poskamling). 

This invitation was conveyed by the Police Chief during the "Ngopi Bareng and Sambang Satkamling" activity at the RW 01 Kampling Post, Jejeruk Village, Blora District, Blora Regency on Thursday (11/9/2025) evening.

"This activity is part of efforts to maintain public security and order (Harkamtibmas) which directly involves elements of the police leadership and residents," said AKBP Wawan.

In addition to the Police Chief, also present were the Deputy Chief of Blora Police, Commissioner Slamet Riyanto, a number of Main Officials (PJU) of Blora Police, Forkopimcam, village heads, and local community leaders.

Police Chief Wawan conveyed the importance of community participation in maintaining security.

"I see the community here living in harmony, and I hope this can be maintained, which will certainly help maintain public security," said the Police Chief.

The Blora Police Chief also added that the neighborhood watch system brings great benefits in anticipating various disturbances to public order and security in the village.

He hopes that the active participation of residents can keep Jejeruk Village safe and conducive.

"Let's work together to maintain the stability of Blora Regency and not be easily provoked by negative calls circulating on social media," he added.

Meanwhile, the Head of Jejeruk Village, Sri Purnawati, expressed her gratitude for the second visit from the Blora Police Chief.

He felt proud because the Bhabinkamtibmas and Babinsa of their village were also actively participating in the patrols.

"Thank God, in Jejeruk village, RW 1, there are seven neighborhood units (RTs) and all of them have security posts," said Sri Purnawati.

On this occasion, the Blora Police also provided assistance in the form of equipment and infrastructure for seven security posts in Jejeruk Village as a form of real support in efforts to maintain public order and security.

The event concluded with a question and answer session that discussed various issues, such as how to maintain public order and security, traffic regulations, and procedures for obtaining a driver's license (SIM) and renewing a vehicle registration certificate (STNK). (Endah)
