INFOKU, BLORA -It turns out that not onlyPati, Land and BuildingTaxPBB) in Blora has experienced a 100 percent increase.
This was acknowledged by a Blora resident, Dedi, who lives on Jalan Ahmad Yani.
He admitted that suddenly the PBB that was billed had jumped by IDR 400 thousand, so he complained about the increase.
"Previously, in 2024, it was only Rp 205,000. In fact, from 2019 to 2022, it was still Rp 114,000. Now (in 2025), it's Rp 400,000," he explained to the press .

According to him, during the PBB increase he experienced, this was the first time there had been no outreach.
"Yes, when the rate increased in 2023 and 2024, there was publicity from the government. There was no mention of it for 2025. I was shocked . It suddenly increased to Rp 400,000," he explained.
In fact, when he received the PBB bill from the local RT, the RT head was reluctant to convey it.
"The neighborhood head was even embarrassed when I wanted to deliver the bill. It was because the price had increased significantly," he explained.
Compared to Pati Regency, he also felt he could not protest the policy.

Increase of Around 12.5 Percent
Meanwhile, the Acting Head of the Blora Regional Revenue, Financial Management and Assets Agency ( BPPKAD ), Susi Widyorini, admitted that there had indeed been an increase in PBB.
This is in line with the district PBB target which increased from IDR 24 billion to IDR 27 billion.
"It's indeed increased. But it's not extreme. The average is only 12.5 percent, actually. There is an increase, and the PBB target has also increased to Rp 27 billion (this year)," he explained to the press.
Susi also said that if there are residents who object to the increase, they can convey this and ask for leniency.
"Residents who have objections are welcome to submit them and request a reduction or leniency," he said. (Endah / IST )
