"Thank you to all the healthcare workers and friends for everything you've done, improving our healthcare services and ensuring public satisfaction. However, we can't stop here," said the Regent.
He emphasized the importance of socializing this application to the wider community.
Fast, Accountable, and Professional
According to him, the Samin 119 application is expected to be a fast, accountable, and professional means of responding to emergency conditions, such as accidents, heart attacks, strokes, and other medical emergencies.
"I hope this service is truly responsive, and of course, the readiness of the nearest community health centers and hospitals must be optimized to receive patients. We must ensure that no patients are referred without facilities ready," he added.

The Regent also asked the Health Service and all its staff, including the Emergency Department, to continue learning and exploring experiences from other regions to strengthen this emergency response system.
The Regent also emphasized that the existence of Samin 119 is not just an application, but part of an integrated system to save lives.
"We want PSC 119 to be connected with the police, Indonesian Red Cross (PMI), Transportation Agency (Dishub), Public Order Agency (Satpol PP), and all parties who can support rescue efforts. Everyone must be involved to ensure this service is truly optimal," he stressed.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Blora Regency Health Office, Edi Widayat, in his remarks explained that the Samin 119 application has been available for download since July 1, 2025.
However, the official launch could only be carried out today due to various technical considerations.
"This app provides emergency ambulance services, and in the future, we're working to connect it to the standby cars in villages. We're currently reviewing whether village car drivers can be active 24/7," said the Head of the Health Office.
He hopes that with the synergy of various elements, this service can provide fast, precise, and comprehensive treatment to people who need emergency assistance, especially in remote areas and with limited access.
One of the officers from the Public Safety Center (PSC) 119, Fahmi, also conveyed the team's readiness to operate this application.
The Blora Regency Government hopes the public will use this service wisely and support the sustainability of a more professional and responsive emergency services system. (Setyorini)
