Thousands of Residents Join the Healthy Walk for the 60th HKN with a Cow as a Prize

INFOKU, BLORA -Thousands of Blora residents from various corners took part in a healthy walk in the context of the peak of the commemoration of the 60th National Health Day (HKN) held by the Blora Regency Government through the local Health Office, Sunday (1/12/2024). 

What was interesting at the event was that the committee provided a grand prize in the form of a cow.

The event started at 06.00 WIB, with group exercise, which was attended by participants of various ages.

Blora Regional Secretary, Komang Gede Irawadi, raised the starting flag from Blora square, as a sign of the start of the healthy walk, which in addition to the prize of a cow, also had dozens of other attractive prizes.

The Head of the Blora Regency PKK Mobilization Team, Ainia Shalichah, was also present and colored this activity by releasing balloons as a symbol of the spirit of this year's HKN commemoration.

As soon as the starting flag was raised, thousands of participants were seen crowding along Jl. Pemuda, Jl. Ahmad Yani, Jl. Dr. Sutomo, Jl. RA Kartini, and returned to the finish line at Blora square.

Head of Blora Health Office, Edi Widayat, said that the HKN momentum which is commemorated every November 12 is an event to strengthen the solidarity of health workers throughout the country.

"In Blora, at the peak of the HKN commemoration, we held a healthy walk which was enlivened by Health Workers ranging from doctors, nurses, midwives, nurses to pharmacists and the general public," explained Edy Widayat.

Blora Regional Secretary, Komang Gede Irawadi expressed his deep appreciation to all health workers for their contribution in building a healthy Blora.

"Thank you and the highest appreciation to medical personnel, health workers, and all health workers who have worked together tirelessly to carry out development in the health sector in Blora Regency," said Komang.
