Blora is Stirring, 6 Companies Will Invest

INFOKU, BLORA –After the Blora Pilkada, the  investment climate  in Blora appears to be starting to improve. 

The One-Stop Integrated Investment Service Agency (DPMPTSP) noted that there are at least 6 medium to large scale investors committed to investing in Blora.

This is a breath of fresh air for the economic growth of Jati City.

Head of DPMPTSP Blora Bondan Arsiyanti explained that every business actor on a medium to large scale is always asked for commitment.

By completing the Letter of Interest (LOI), the document is a commitment or agreement between  the district government  and the investor.

"We have scheduled the signing of the LOI, this year we have recorded 6 investors," he said.

Arsiyanti explained that the six investors were domestic investment (PMDN).

Covering the property sector, namely housing development in Cepu Asri, the health sector which will build a hospital in front of battalion 410, Pentawira with a lime processing program, and Bukit Delima energy. 

"The last one is in the oil and gas waste processing sector  ," he said.

He hopes that investment in the City of Satay will go well.

He is confident that he can foster an investment climate in the region.

Because investors have committed to continuing their investment.

"Hopefully it will go well, they will continue their commitment," he said.

Head of the Blora Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) Mahbub Djunaidi said that the district government has already pocketed several names of investors interested in investing in Blora.

This is a good step to develop the region.

"There are already names of investors who are committed to investing in Blora," he said.

Mahbub emphasized that the district government is seriously trying to attract investors to invest capital.

Some efforts made include revising the regional spatial planning (RTRW) regulations to make them more adaptive for investors. 

"There are some (contents in the RTRW Regional Regulation) that we have to perfect, synergize to maximize the industrial area, there are also some who are interested," he said.  (Endah/ IST )
