Currently, the district government is finalizing regulations governing technical instructions for distribution.
The amount of budget disbursed is around IDR 78.9 million this year.
Head of the Industry and Manpower Service, Endro Budi Darmawan, said that Regional Regulation ( Perda ) Number 9 of 2024 concerning the implementation of Employment Social Security was ratified on September 24.

With that, his party must first prepare derivative regulations, namely the Regent's Regulation (Perbup).
"Currently, we are still preparing the Regent's Regulation as a technical guideline for implementation ," he said.
Endro explained that the regent regulation is still in the harmonization process at the Central Java Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
According to him, the District Government is committed to protecting the rights and welfare of workers in the Blora area.
"We are trying to complete this regulation, so that the implementation of social security for workers can be implemented," he said.

He added, through changes to the 2024 Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD).
The district government has prepared a budget of IDR 75.6 million for payment of BPJS Employment contributions for 4,500 workers , with the contribution amount per participant being IDR 16,800 per month.
“It is allocated to provide two types of guarantees. " Work Accident Insurance (JKK) and Death Insurance (JKM)," he said.
He also said that the program is planned to be implemented in early October or November.
However, the process of drafting the regent regulation took time and decided to shift the implementation to December.

"We hope that with this program, the level of workforce participation in employment social security (Jamsostek) can increase significantly," he said.
To ensure that those who benefit from the program are workers who really need it, the social services and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan are conducting a verification and validation process of recipient data. (Endah/ IST )
