INFOKU, BLORA –As many as 4 people were arrested by the police for being involved in an online gambling ( judol ) case involving slot games , Tuesday (5/11).
Ironically, one of the perpetrators was a member of the Blora Civil Service Police Unit ( Satpol PP ).
The perpetrator is currently still undergoing examination at the Blora Police .
Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Blora Police, AKP Selamet explained that the Mobile Detective Team had arrested four people who were busy playing slots in the Jepon District area .

One person has the status of a Blora Satpol PP employee . ''Of the four people, one is a Satpol PP employee and three are ordinary citizens," he explained.
AKP Selamet explained to the press that the perpetrator had been detained at the Blora Police Headquarters since Tuesday afternoon (5/11).
"Until now, the police are still examining the four perpetrators. They have not been able to mention the names of the perpetrators involved in the gambling. ''Still in the process of examination," he said.
Meanwhile, Head of Blora Satpol PP Pujo Catur Susanto in a press statement confirmed that one of the Satpol PP members was arrested by the police for brawling.
However, his party could not provide further information regarding the identities of his subordinates who were caught.
"Yes, he was arrested," he said.
It is known that the central government through law enforcement officers at the regional level is currently actively eradicating online gambling.
From the data collected, several criminal cases handled by the Blora Police were due to judol addiction.
Like the case of the BRI clerk who stole customer money , the Alfamart burglar in 2023, the money obtained was used for online gambling. (Endah/ IST )
