INFOKU, BLORA -Because his land was claimed to belong to his neighbor, an elderly person from Gombang Village, Bogorejo Districthad the heartto slash his own neighbor, Thursday (17/10).
This incident began when the perpetrator named Dampar, 70, was cleaning the yard and cutting one of the victim's plants .
Then, the victim named Parmo, 56, reprimanded the perpetrator.
Not accepting this, the perpetrator immediately looked for a machete to vent his anger on his neighbor.

The fight was unavoidable, the victim had to receive a slash to his temple which caused him to be rushed to the hospital.
"We received a report of assault resulting in serious injuries . The factor was due to a dispute over land boundaries between the perpetrator and the victim. Then, the perpetrator got angry and slashed the victim twice. After the incident, the victim suffered a slash wound on the lower left jaw ten centimeters wide and two centimeters deep," he said.
"And, an open wound on the left neck eight centimeters wide, two centimeters deep due to a 35-centimeter machete. Now, the victim is being treated at Blora Regional Hospital ," explained Blora Police Chief AKBP Wawan Andi Susanto.

He also said that the case was being handled and investigated by the Blora Police Criminal Investigation Unit .
"The problem has been between the land for a long time. In addition, we will gather both parties and the village to determine the boundaries of the land," he explained.
According to him, the perpetrator is threatened with a five-year prison sentence.

"According to Article 351 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code, the perpetrator is threatened with a maximum sentence of five years in prison. He also admitted regret after committing the assault," he said. (Endah/ IST )
