INFOKU, BLORA –It has been 2 weeks since Regional Head Election ( Pilkada ) campaign has been running.
The mass media was also filled with campaign news and support from the supporters of candidate pair ( paslon ) for regent and deputy regent number 01 and 02.
During monitoring, it was not missed from the WhatsApp (WA) status of several Blora DPRD members campaigning for the candidate pair.
According to the Coordinator of the Division (Kordiv) for Handling Violations and Data of the Election Supervisory Agency ( Bawaslu ) Blora, Irfan Syaiful Masykur, currently there is no norm that prohibits DPRD members from becoming successful teams ( timses ) for campaigns.
However, if DPRD members want to campaign, they must apply for a campaign permit .
"DPRD members are regional officials. Campaign permits are based on Law 10 2016. Regarding the technicalities, it is in the setwan (DPRD secretariat). A copy of the campaign permit from the party is sent to the chairman of the council or structured upwards," he said.
He also appealed to DPRD members who are part of the winning team to obtain permission first when campaigning.
"So far, we have not received a copy of the campaign permit letter," he said.
He also said that his party hopes to soon receive a copy of the campaign permit letter from the DPRD members who are part of the campaign team.

Meanwhile, Secretary of the Blora DPRD , Catur Pambudi, when confirmed, gave a brief answer.
Regarding campaign permits, he admitted that it was not his domain.
