INFOKU, BLORA – Polemic over the lease of land owned by PT KAI which is used for Taman Mustika.
This is because it is suspected that there has been an increase in rental prices .
Therefore, the Blora Regency Government submitted a rent adjustment to PT KAI .
Head of the Blora Environmental Service ( DLH ), Istadi Rusmanto, told the press that the district government had submitted a letter to PT KAI regarding the adjustment of land rent for Mustika Park .

"A letter was sent about two weeks ago. The information I got until now is that there has been no reply," he said yesterday (17/9).
Istadi explained that the district government hopes that PT KAI will not charge a rental fee .
The proposal is reasonable. Because, Mustika Park is used for public facilities and the beauty of the city center.
Therefore, according to him, it must be distinguished from land used for commercial activities .
"In this case, it must be differentiated, other districts also (submitted). For the public, it must be differentiated unless it is commercial in nature," he said.

Regarding the nominal rent that the district government must pay to PT KAI, he did not wish to mention it.
"We did not mention the value, it was issued so that it would not be subject to rent," he stressed.
Regarding other public facilities that are still using KAI land, he admitted that he had not yet carried out any identification.
"It has not been identified yet, we will have someone handle it," he added.
Meanwhile, Public Relations Manager of PT KAI Daop 4 Semarang Franoto Wibowo in a statement to the press admitted that he was still checking the letter that had been sent by the Blora Regency Government .
He explained that there was one component that influenced the amount of KAI land rent.
