INFOKU, BLORA -A statement emerged from the Blora Election and Democracy Academy (APD) stating that regional apparatus organizations (OPD) in Blora have the potential to violate the neutrality of state civil apparatus (ASN) in the upcoming 2024 Blora Regional Head Election (Pilkada).
Blora APD Coordinator Sugie Rusyono said in a press statement that there were activities on OPD social media accounts that had the potential to violate ASN neutrality.
Also, it has the potential to refer to the partisanship of one of the prospective candidate pairs (bapaslon) for regent and deputy regent .
The Blora Election Supervisory Agency ( Bawaslu ) also conducted an in-depth investigation.
Sugie said, although the candidate had not been determined, this already showed that the OPD had the potential to not be neutral.
According to him, this could have a negative impact on OPD.
"If it is related to election violations, there have been no violations. In particular, Article 71 paragraph (1) of the Election Law. But violations of ASN neutrality could occur," he said.

"Especially if you look at the number of official OPD accounts that gave likes to the official social media accounts of Arief Rohman (the incumbent candidate for regent) when he received recommendation letters from a number of political parties ," he explained.
According to him, it is very strange if a political event from a political party that provides recommendations to a candidate for regent is actually given a like .

"It's a different story if the likes are related to development activities or official government activities," he said.
According to him, in this case, ideally the official OPD admin should be able to differentiate between Arief Rohman's official activities as Regent, and the political activities carried out by Arief Rohman.
If this continues, then until there is a determination of the candidate pair ( paslon ), it will certainly become a bad precedent.
"If you want to prove it, of course it must be reported, directly to the Blora Regency Bawaslu or KASN. However, if not, then it could be a time bomb in the future. If the Regency Government and ASN continue to display the tagline . This digital footprint can be used as one of the evidences, that the process of supporting one of the candidate pairs has been going on for a long time," he explained.
"If it's a football match, even though it's offside but there's no whistle from the referee, of course it will continue to be dribbled until it's a goal. Even though the whole stadium is screaming offside , the audience and commentators are cursing the referee. So, VAR ( video assistant referee ) is what must be used," he added.

Meanwhile, in the monitoring of journalists , Bawaslu Blora immediately followed up on the problem by monitoring the upload in question.
However, suddenly the OPD's social media account disliked the upload.
"When we cross-checked, it turned out that it was no longer there. This is confusing. Because we have to know what the motive is. Furthermore, we will provide confirmation regarding the neutrality of ASN. Especially for activities on social media," said the Coordinator of the Division ( Kordiv ) for Handling Violations and Datin, Irfan Syaiful Masykur.
He admitted that his party is always open to reporting violations.

According to him, in addition to openness, his party will provide warnings and prevention, that ASN must be neutral.
