INFOKU, BLORA -Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Blora Regency, Komang Gede Irawadi, said he was pleased with the presence of the Minister of Defense (Menhan) Lieutenant General (Letjen) TNI (Purn) Prabowo Subianto and the Minister of Agriculture Andi Amran Sulaiman in Blora Regency, Thursday (18/ 1/2024).
The two Ministers arrived at Kridosono Field in Blora during the Movement to Increase National Food Production through Optimizing the Role of Forest Village Community Institutions (LMDH) throughout Central Java Province.

"So we are happy because the presence of two Ministers, namely the Minister of Agriculture and the Minister of Defense, came to Blora with a very large audience. "Hopefully this will bring blessings to all of us in Blora, especially to farmers," said the Blora Regional Secretary.
"So, adequate food security is a topic of discussion today and hopefully it will provide a solution for our farming community in Blora Regency," he added.
Meanwhile, Acting Head of the Food, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Service (DP4) of Blora Regency, Ngaliman, said that with the working visit of the Minister of Agriculture, it is hoped that there will be enthusiasm among farmers in Blora Regency, including their staff.
"And we hope that agricultural progress in Blora will continue to develop with the spirit of the Minister of Agriculture who is active in Blora Regency," he said.
On that occasion the Indonesian Minister of Agriculture Andi Amran Sulaiman and the Indonesian Minister of Defense Prabowo Subianto accompanied by the Regent of Blora Arief Rohman symbolically handed over horticultural aid.
First, horticultural assistance in the form of 80,000 durian, mango, longan and avocado seeds or worth IDR 2 billion.
Second, horticultural assistance for 20,000 mango and avocado seeds worth IDR 375 million.
Third, assistance for hybrid corn seeds for 15,000 hectares totaling 225 tons worth IDR 13,500 billion.
Fourth, rice seed assistance for 10,000 hectares totaling 250 tons worth IDR 3,400 billion.

Fifth, NPK fertilizer assistance for 100 hectares of rattan-prone sugarcane worth IDR 300 million. Sixth, assistance of 1,000 coconut seeds worth IDR 50 million. Seventh, assistance for 150 goats worth IDR 420 million.
This assistance was handed over to representatives of LMDH and the Blora Regency and Regency/City Farmer Groups in Central Java. The event was attended by approximately 35 thousand participants throughout Central Java. (Endah)
