Permit for Cross Country Flight Training at Ngloram Blora Airport Approved

INFOKU, BLORA – To optimize Ngloram Airport in Cepu District, Blora Regency, various efforts continue to be made by relevant stakeholders. 

Collaboration with a number of parties continues, especially in human resource development.

Acting Head of the Aviation Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM), Wisnu Handoko, in his statement said that the Directorate General (Ditjen) of Civil Aviation had given permission for Ngloram Airport to be used for cross-country flight training.

This is because the Directorate General of Civil Aviation has given approval for Ngloram airport as a satellite base for flight training from the Indonesian Aviation Academy (API) Banyuwangi.

"Because we have received approval or permission from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, we can carry out cross-country flights between Banyuwangi and Cepu," he said. said Vishnu after closing the series of events at Ngloram Airport, Saturday (16/12/2023).

According to him, this step is a good effort so that optimization of Ngloram airport can continue to be carried out.

For him, Ngloram Airport can also be used as a place for developing human resources in the aviation sector.

"With the central government building Ngloram airport, we can benefit from various aspects, not only for commercial flights but also for capacity building or human resource development," he explained.

Apart from that, Ngloram Airport also collaborates with the Surabaya Aviation Polytechnic (Poltekbang), Tegal Road Transportation Safety Polytechnic and Surabaya Shipping Polytechnic, providing empowerment education and training (Diklat) for the people of Blora and its surroundings.(Endah/IST
