INFOKU, BLORA - The case of Blora farmers suddenly having a people's business credit ( KUR ) loan at BNI which dragged down PT Agritama Prima Mandiri ( PT APM ) is still continuing.
This is because PT APM's pretrial application submitted on November 7 was rejected by the judge.
With these results, PT APM Director Fahmi Adi Satrio as the suspect will continue the ongoing legal process.
PT APM Turaji's Legal Advisor (PH) said that his party was disappointed with the pretrial decision. Because, according to him, the judge did not consider the facts revealed in the trial.
"Especially the testimony of witnesses who said that they actually did not sign the witness's BAP between 20.00-22.30. "And, also the person who signed said it was not checked, so we are disappointed," he explained.
He also added that in the trial of this decision, the judge only relied on the existence of documentary evidence issued by the Blora Police .
“This is also what makes us disappointed. "The facts revealed in the trial were also not considered," he said.
Because the pretrial decision does not have an appeal route or other means, PT APM must be satisfied with this result.
However, Turaji admitted that his party would still accompany him in continuing the further legal process.
"We will continue to fight for and respect future legal flows," he stressed.
Previously it was reported that the report against PT APM was reported by the Head of the Japanese Village, Rejo Sugito.
He reported PT APM to the Blora Police on September 22. From that first report, it was followed by other reports from farmers as victims. Meanwhile, the report dated October 25 was in the name of Yadi.
