INFOKU, BLORA – Some time ago there was a case and miscommunication regarding the management of the old Ledok well which had the potential to reduce Blora Patra Energi (BPE) deposits in local revenue (PAD).
Attempts at cross- stakeholder meetings to find a win-win solution have not resulted in a unanimous agreement.
BPE Acting Main Director (Dirut) Prima Segara said that the less than optimal management of oil in the old Ledok well was due to the many problems being faced.
These include miscommunication with miners, BPE and Pertamina. Also, there is a case of well point management which is suspected of violating the rules.
"For example, if there is a violation of procedures that becomes a problem, that's not optimal , " he said.
Prima said that his party together with the regional government were looking for the best solution for sustainable oil management in Ledok's old wells.
We are looking for a mutually beneficial scheme. Both for miners and local governments.

“We avoid the slightest risk. "After all, this will be a political year, so that nothing gets heated," he explained.
He explained that this year BPE was asked by the district government to increase revenue and contribute more PAD than the previous year.
Meanwhile, dividends until the end of last year paid this year amounted to IDR 1.2 billion.
"In terms of managing old wells, we were asked to make improvements compared to before and avoid various violations. "So that in the future it will be better and in accordance with the regulations," he explained
Meanwhile, according to a press statement, the investigation at the Central Java Regional Police regarding the old Ledok well was still ongoing.
Director of Criminal Investigation at the Central Java Regional Police, Kombes Dwi Subagio, said that he had asked for information from 24 witnesses. Starting from the Regional Government, BPE, local communities, to Pertamina.
“The process is still Sidik. "There have been 24 witnesses from all parties involved," he said.
