INFOKU, BLORA - Six residents of Medalem Village, Kradenan District made a report to the Blora Police last Monday (30/10).
The report relates to alleged fraud and embezzlement of money for processing property rights certificates (SHM) by village officials.
Because the certificate never came. Even though he had already spent IDR 33.5 million.
Lukito, Legal Advisor (PH) for six residents or victims, explained that in the process of arranging the SHM, the residents entrusted it to a village official with the initials AH. However, the certificate never materialized.
"So, we reported this case yesterday to the police," he explained last Monday (30/10).
Lukito said that the incident began in 2018. At that time, AH was still the modin of Medalem Village.
AH and another suspect with the initials KA claimed to be notaries. Both promised to manage SHM. The total loss for the six victims was IDR 33.5 million.
“The money that has been paid for each victim is different. "However, what is clear is that the total loss for these six victims reached IDR 33.5 million," said Lukito.
AH asked for IDR 10 million per SHM. However, not all victims immediately pay in full.
There are those who have just paid IDR 4.5 million and there are also those who have paid IDR 6.1 million.
"However, until the end of 2023, the victims have not received the SHM promised by AH," he added.
Lukito suspects that there are still many other victims who have not dared to speak out regarding this matter.
His party and the residents have prepared evidence to strengthen the report to the Blora police station.
“The victims are not just these six people. "It is suspected that there are still many other victims," he said.

Kasatreskrim Blora Police, AKBP Selamet, said that the report on the process was handed over to the Criminal Investigation Unit and would be followed up and a study related to the report would be carried out.
